Adaptability. Ballet Fantastique’s small roster of dancers and adaptable repertoire equip us with the ability to perform almost anywhere for a cost that capitalizes on incredible value. Where noted, live music can be added for an even more memorable performance experience. An outreach component of your choosing (master class, artist Q&A, backstage tour, etc.) is always included free of charge with any presented performance.

Ballet Fantastique's daring, all-original, rock and roll version of the Cinderella story is unstoppable! This ballet, set in the 1960's to live soul-warming music by Satin Love lead singers Shelley and Cal James and their band, will rock to the nostalgic songs of The Supremes, The Ronettes, The Temptations, The Beatles, and more. Tales of Beatrix Potter: A Ballet
A warm and whimsical trip through Beatrix Potter's timeless and beloved stories. The dancers’ fancy footwork, incredible costumes, and contagious energy tell the stories of the mischievous Peter Rabbit, prim Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, determined Jemima Puddle-Duck (and the Fox who wants to make her into soup!), exuberant Jeremy Fisher (a frog who doesn’t like to get wet), silly Squirrel Nutkin, and more. A fabulous, unique, and fun ballet for the whole family.
Visions d'Amour: 10 Ballets in Paris Includes Love at the Cafe Terrace, a ballet based on the paintings of Vincent Van Gogh, with music by Northwest composer Jeremy Schropp and live 25-part orchestra
A dramatic taste of Paris in ten short ballets as envisioned by Artistic Director Donna Marisa Bontrager. It's a don't-miss “tour en Francais,” from operatic drama, to the flair of the Moulin Rouge cabaret, to a magical Parisian night in Northwest composer Jeremy DeKyle Schropp's “Love at the Cafe Terrace” ballet, inspired by Van Gogh’s famous painting (Cafe Terrace at Night). Visions of love will carry you from hauntingly beautiful operatic stories, to the playful “Papillon,” and back to rosy Parisian romances with the music of French chanteuse Edith Piaf! Shakespeare's As You Like It: A Wild West Ballet With live honkytonk piano and actor-musician Adam Goldthwaite as Touchstone, our bard-narrator
All-original choreography beams with candor of the wild American West in this playful ballet interpretation of one of Shakespeare's sweetest romantic comedies. In dramatic dancing, a Western-twanged narration, and the sounds of American composers including Kay, Gershwin, and Copland, girls can-can and cowboys spar in the town saloon. Rosie (disguised as a cowboy) and Celia make a grand escape from Sheriff Fred to the Range of Ardenne, where characters fall in love, whirl to a wild rodeo hoedown, and marry.
String Theory With virtuoso violinist Matthew Fuller
The distinct personalities and stylistic versatility of Ballet Fantastique's polished dancers in a range of favorite string pieces, new and beloved: Tart, tongue-in-cheek Irish folk dances; haunting, passionate gypsy variations from the Red Violin (acclaimed violinist Matthew Fuller); the decadence and bravado of Corelli; and Northwest composer Jeremy DeKyle Schropp's sensuous, nuanced Bulgarian Suite for piano, cello, and saxophone. An orchestral version of Metallica's Orion rounds out this electrically-beautiful concert. Available with or without live violin.
